1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1xbid ("we", "us", "the platform", "1xbid"). These Terms apply to all use of the 1xbid website, mobile application, and any related services.

By accessing or using 1xbid in any way — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Rules

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee or closure at 1xbid's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

1xbid supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 1xbid balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• 1xbid does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Gameplay & Betting

All games available on 1xbid use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay and betting activity:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, 1xbid will attempt to resolve the round using available data. If resolution is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• 1xbid reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of betting.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1xbid. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 1xbid.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using 1xbid for any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 1xbid platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1xbid staff or other players.

8 Privacy & Data
